Arthi

Arthi: started Educoach by Arthi in February 2025. Many of the ideals that the learning space are her visons and beliefs for children. She is an educator, facilitator, and program coordinator with over 30 years of teaching experience working in special education, alternative education, and mainstream schools. She has held leadership roles in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, school administration, and student support, while teaching English, Geography, Mathematics, and interdisciplinary subjects across a wide range of age groups. Passionate about inclusive and child-centred education, she is dedicated to helping children overcome challenges, supporting teachers in their practice, and creating learning environments that foster academic growth, well-being, and lifelong learning.

Arthi’s journey in education began over 30 years ago, guided by a simple but powerful belief — that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and supported in their own unique way. What started as work in special education gradually grew into a rich and diverse career across alternative and mainstream learning spaces.

Along the way, she became not just a teacher, but a listener, a mentor, and a builder of learning communities. Whether working one-on-one with a child, guiding a classroom, or supporting fellow educators, Arthi has always focused on creating environments where children feel safe to explore, question, and grow.

Her path has taken her from classrooms to leadership roles—designing curricula, mentoring teachers, and even helping shape schools from the ground up. As a founder teacher and coordinator, Arthi has brought together vision and practice, turning ideas about meaningful education into lived experiences for children and families.

At the heart of it all is a creative, thoughtful approach—one that values curiosity, resilience, and joy. This spirit extends beyond the classroom into their love for music, dance, craft, and handwork, all of which continue to inspire the way she engages with learning and life.
